How do I verify my identity (KYC)?

To verify your identity, log in and navigate to Settings > Verification. You will need to upload a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License) and take a live selfie. Verification is typically processed within 15 minutes.

How can I change my registered email address?

For security reasons, email changes require a manual review. Submit a ticket via the 'Contact' section below, and our security team will guide you through the manual verification process.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, users are only allowed to maintain one verified personal account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate trading volumes or referral bonuses may result in permanent suspension.

How do I close or delete my account?

You can request account deletion in the Security Settings. Please ensure all funds are withdrawn before making this request, as the action is irreversible.

I lost access to my Google Authenticator (2FA).

If you have your backup key saved, you can restore it on a new device. If not, contact support. You will need to provide a photo of yourself holding your ID and a handwritten note with today's date to verify ownership.

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Security > Password. You will need to enter your current password and a new secure password. Note that withdrawals are suspended for 24 hours after a password change for safety.

What is Anti-Phishing Code?

An Anti-Phishing Code is a unique string of characters you set that will appear in all official emails from us. This helps you identify if an email is genuine or a scam attempt.

Why hasn't my crypto deposit arrived yet?

Crypto deposits depend on blockchain confirmations. Bitcoin requires 2 confirmations, while Ethereum requires 12. Check the transaction hash (TXID) on a blockchain explorer to see if it has been confirmed by the network.

I sent crypto to the wrong address. Can I recover it?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you sent funds to an incorrect address that does not belong to us, we cannot recover them. If you sent a token to our platform on the wrong network (e.g., BSC instead of ETH), contact support, though recovery is not guaranteed.

What are the withdrawal limits?

Unverified accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of 0.5 BTC (or equivalent). Verified Level 1 accounts can withdraw up to 100 BTC daily. Corporate accounts have higher custom limits.

Can I deposit Fiat currency (USD/EUR)?

Yes, we support Wire Transfers and SEPA. Go to Wallet > Deposit > Fiat, select your currency, and follow the instructions to link your bank account.

A Market Order executes immediately at the current best price. A Limit Order allows you to set a specific price to buy or sell, and it will only execute if the market reaches that price.

What is Stop-Loss?

A Stop-Loss order helps minimize potential losses. It automatically triggers a sell order when the price drops to a specific level you defined, preventing further loss.

Where can I see my trading history?

Navigate to Orders > Trade History. You can filter by date, trading pair, and order type. You can also export this data as a CSV file for your records.
